If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The front desk staff on the first floor are consistently unprofessional and dismissive. The manager is rarely present or actively managing, and when patients raise concerns about long wait times, staff often respond rudely instead of helping. There is one staff member named Erica who frequently argues with patients and raises her voice, which is extremely inappropriate in a healthcare setting. Every time I bring my mother here, there is some kind of issue or disruption. On one visit, there was no heating in the middle of winter — serious enough that a 311 complaint had to be made. That should never happen in a facility serving patients. The manager also does not present herself professionally like the rest of the staff and appears disengaged, often on her phone or having unrelated conversations instead of addressing operational issues. It’s concerning that this location continues to operate with this level of management and customer service. Major improvements are needed in professionalism, accountability, and patient treatment.
