I took my old glasses in to get changed to new frames in MAY. I put down a deposit and was told that they would call me as soon as the new ones arrived. I never received a call and honestly totally forgot about it until JULY. I called to inquire about what was going on and was told my glasses were ready for pick up. When I arrived the woman automatically asked for the balance before even handing over the glasses. I asked to see the glasses first and to my surprise it was my same old glasses. The woman said she had no idea what was going on, but she would call me asap to let me know. She called me the following day to let me know that they didn’t have the frames I requested after more than 2 months, so I can come and pick them up. When I got there they claim they had no record of my deposit, and the doctor was on vacation for 3 weeks. I was told she would be back around the 12th of August, and she would contact me immediately upon arrival. Today is August 21st and I have yet to receive a call, my old frames or a refund. This place is horrible and I would never recommend anyone else using this optometrist. I will also be filing a formal complaint against this business.
