Best GI doctor and team hands down. Dr. Nutt cares for patients no matter if a 1 year patient or a 20 year patient. (I am a 1 year and have had numerous issues, she has not had any problem listening and helping every step of the way, no annoyance detected.). Given the insurance chance for bio-similars, Andrea has also been top notch. I am so thankful for her as well. Great team and will never leave!

I have been going to this clinic for 10-20 years. A long time. I noticed when they moved to the new clinic on Cantrell the atmosphere had changed, but I pressed on. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment this morning. I got there right before 9:00 due to issues leaving my house - not that they asked or cared. I had already done the paperwork online, so there was literally nothing left to do but walk to the back. When I checked in, the person at the front told me I was supposed to be there 30 minutes early. Track with me here. 30 minutes early for my nine o'clock appointment. My appointment time was NOT 8:30. The girl at the front desk called to the back to talk to the nurse of the ARPN, Matthew Taylor, who I was passed on to at my time before last appointment. The nurse told the front desk girl I would need to reschedule EVEN THOUGH I WAS FINISHED AND READY TO GO BACK AT MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME OF 9:00 A.M. This is absolutely asinine and a wonderful way to lose patients.
