From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude that made me feel comfortable right away. She was helpful, patient, and made the check-in process quick and easy. Dr. Caz is also very nice and thoughtful, taking the time to make sure I felt at ease and understood everything. The office is clearly well run, and the manager, Emily, does a great job creating an organized and positive environment that reflects in the staff’s professionalism and care. It’s clear they truly value their patients, and that positive first impression really stood out.
