I had an appointment scheduled for 9:45 this morning. Upon arrival, I noticed no staff were at the check-in desk. Instead, I saw two women seated at stations 2 and 3, talking and eating. I greeted them with a "Good morning,' but received no response. The woman at station 2 then gestured for me to come over. When I approached, I greeted her again, but she did not respond. As she started speaking to me, her demeanor was noticeably rude and irritated. In my opinion, if you don't have patience and don't want to be at work, please don't take your anger out on others. Calling out sick or taking a personal day off is not fair, and it's disrespectful to take out your personal issues on someone else who has nothing to do with them.

The process was quick and efficient. Was a little crowded when I arrived which made me think it would be an issue , but everything went quickly and smoothly. The staff was polite and informative as to what the process would entail from beginning to end. Quite surprised in how fast and stress free the process was. Not that I want to go back and get checked out again , but if the situation were to arise then this would be where I would go.
