I had a terrible experience with this ABA agency. My child missed a few sessions due to illness, and when I tried to reschedule, they insisted on a doctor’s note to excuse the absences—despite the policy not stating this requirement. When I questioned it, I was told to video call a doctor, which made no sense. I also requested my child’s treatment plan, but it was incomplete and lacked important details. To make matters worse, I was hung up on by the office manager. The lack of empathy, poor communication, and resistance to reasonable requests was incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for care and support.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this ABA agency, and I feel compelled to share it. My child, who is on the autism spectrum, missed a few sessions due to being sick. In fact, he likely caught the sickness from the agency itself, as he had been attending sessions regularly before he got sick. I made the responsible decision to keep him home to ensure that he wouldn’t spread anything to anyone else. However, when I reached out to the agency to reschedule, I was told that they needed a doctor’s note to excuse the absences. While I understand that policies exist for a reason, I was frustrated by the way the situation was handled. I asked where it stated in the policy that a doctor’s note was required, and I was sent a screenshot of a policy that didn’t actually mention this requirement at all. When I questioned them further, I was met with an attitude and told to video call a doctor, which seemed completely nonsensical to me—how can a doctor assess if my child is healthy over a video call? When I requested a copy of my child’s treatment plan, I was given the runaround, and when I finally received it, the plan was incomplete—there were no notes from the therapist or any assessment of the goals that had been completed. The conversation ended with me being abruptly hung up on by the office manager. This is not the kind of care and understanding you expect from an agency that is supposed to help children with autism. It’s heartbreaking that a place dedicated to supporting children and their families can treat people with such disrespect. Instead of offering understanding or flexibility, I was met with resistance, poor communication, and a lack of empathy. If you're looking for an agency that genuinely cares about the well-being of your child, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
