Worst clinic ever. Got yell by the receptionist who was her job to get a referral ready and done for our 2nd exam. She told me that I need to call and it’s my job to get a code for the referral. She say never in her life that she needs to get a referral for any exams. This is pathetic and ridiculous. Thinking whether it’s worth to go there again and refer anyone there. The doctor is great but the receptionist is killing the business.

As I request my lab report to been sent to my physician, they need one more examination fee. In the United States for forty years, I never meet the same situation. Always, one examination fee, one surgery fee ,and A free report. Staff specify that doctor will not look the report, unless the second examination fee are obtained. In my report, there was abnormal finding. The other doctors would at once call PT many times until PT come. But this doctor did not call me. I hope to sue Dr. Foong for his ignore of abnormal finding in the report after surgery.
