Such a wonderful place to live! I’ve lived here for a year now and absolutely love it. Karen, Bryanna and Elvis in the office are so kind and responsive. The front desk (especially Clayton, Erick and Lyrick) are so nice, welcoming and organized. The amenities are great, it’s clean and I’ll be here for years to come!

If I could give zero stars I would. Management is all show and has no real respect for their tenants. They held illegal administrative fees on return of my security deposit and forgot to even send it until I reminded them. There is no independent access point for tenants without the doorman present. The night doorman frequently leaves his post, leaving you outside. They refused to add an independent access point for residents. Good luck if you’re handicapped. They cut off my amenity access a week before I moved out “because I wasn’t renewing”. The rooftop access has been removed with no proration for the amenity fee ($50 per month). Facade work (heavy drilling right outside your window) with no end date in sight for 11 months of my one year lease. Not good for people working from home. It qualifies as an extreme disturbance with a drill to the wall and debris everywhere. They didn't inform us before moving in. No compensation or adjustment. If you'd like to use the “free” lounge, you pay $400 for 3 hours just for the room for a party of more than 8. Rent starts over $3k for most units here, including studios. Would never live here again. Will advise anyone else to also not live here. I was miserable and lost a lot of sleep. Afterwards, they raised rent $250 after all this. So a studio is $3.5k. For this?? Icing on the nasty cake? Their prejudice shows. I’ve heard them tell POC to “look somewhere more affordable”. It’s unfortunate how stuck up and unaccomodating management is. Please do yourself a favor and never live here.
