I called earlier to ask can I come in at an earlier time and the receptionist was rude. Upon arrival at the doctor's office, I wasn’t greeted but I signed in. As I walked away to wait to be called the receptionist angrily yelled out at me. I then asked her why are you talking to me like that and she replied saying “ your mother didn’t teach you manners”. That woman should not be working with the general public with that disgusting behavior. Great job, Dr. Krol on having a receptionist with zero people skills, lacking respect, and zero professionalism. This place gets an easy 0. Do better!

The receptionist is a total b i t c h. I called to schedule and she had me on hold for an hour. She was extremely rude to me with no compassion as someone in the healthcare profession. She does not care about patient care. She was blonde, beware of her if you decide to go here. I seriously don’t recommend coming here.
