I can’t say enough good things about Amy. I went to Amy for help with a very personal matter with my spouse. We found the atmosphere in her office very comfortable and private. We felt relaxed to open up to her and were confident that our information was confidential. Amy gave us insight to our feelings that we never considered that made so much sense when explained to us. The exercises she gave us to practice at home were so helpful to us. Her therapy to us was not open ended and during our time we progressed to a renewed relationship. She also set a genuine tone during our visits that let us know she truly cared for our wellbeing. Having been is counselling before I can vouch for Amy being one of the best in her field. A big thank you to Amy for all the work she put in to our sessions. Finally her rates are very fair for the services she provides. I highly recommend her as a counsellor.

When I first went to Amy, I wasn't sure what to expect with therapy. When I left after my first session, I felt empowered and ready to see what I was capable of. What I really love about my sessions with Amy is that she allows me to dig deep and get to the root of things. She was very matter of fact, compassionate and kind. She provided me with tools and strategies to help guide me. She has a wonderful way of leading you to your own self-discoveries. She has a great understanding of the connection between mind, body and soul. Everything relates to each other (physical, emotional and mental). The sessions are geared towards me. Sometimes, we sat in her office, while other times we walked the trail. If you are looking for a therapist, I would highly recommend Amy. I was able to easily connect with her and from my first day, she made me feel comfortable and ready to see what I am capable of.
