This was my first visit to see my mother who just got admitted. The food was adequate. No complaints the room and hallways were clean. The aides were attentive. So far so good.

If you are of American descent, especially Black American, please think carefully before placing your loved one here. What we consider basic compassion and care within our community feels absent in this facility. The staff often came across as cold, unfriendly, and lacking empathy during one of the most difficult moments a family can face. My mother passed away in this facility, and every day I struggle with the pain of wondering whether placing her there was the wrong decision and whether it contributed to her homegoing. What hurt even more was that the staff member responsible for her daytime care could not find enough compassion to even offer condolences after her passing. Please, if you choose this facility for your loved one, stay vigilant, stay involved, and watch over your family closely.
