After having total knee replacement in July of 2025 I was still unable to straighten or bend my knee without pain at another therapy facility. Withing one month of being at Motions I was able to bend pain free and 3 months later I have 130 bend and 0 straightening . Meghna is patient and knowledgeable, gentle and persistent. I would recommend her any day month or year for complete recovery

I have had the best times of my life.i was 260 pounds 2 years ago . I have been seeing Elena . She helped me reduce my weight to 225 pounds with different kinds of exercises, treadmill,legs weights, riding bicycle etc. She extremely patient. I had problems with my left leg and thigh . She helped with different types of exercises with a ball , raise my legs for a few minutes. One hour later, I'm on my way home , I can walk straight. She's a miracle worker..
