Great service from start to finish. I had a wonderful and amazing experience. Dr. Montes is very knowledgeable and kind. She makes sure I’m comfortable the whole time. The staff is super friendly, and the clinic is very clean and well-organized. I will definitely come back for my next appointment.

WARNING: Complete Lack of Accountability. I switched my dental insurance so I reached out to the office to confirm that my new dental insurance was in-network. The staff told me that it was in-network so I went in for an appointment, they provided me with an estimated bill that showed that I would owe $0 because my insurance would cover everything. So I moved forward with the treatment. Later, it turned out my insurance was NOT in-network and they had not properly verified my insurance information and charged me out-of-pocket, giving me a $700 bill. This is either gross administrative incompetence or intentional financial deception—either way, it is unacceptable. A dental office should verify coverage accurately before touching a patient. Instead, this office trapped me into receiving care under false pretenses and then left me holding a huge bill for their mistake. The staff also did not take ANY accountability, and kept making up excuses that the person that I talked to about my insurance had been fired and that person had made the mistake. But the office as a whole should be held accountable for any mistakes that their staff makes, whether they are still working there or not. Be warned, I don’t trust them at all.
