Allcare Physical Therapy has been great for my mom’s back pain and surgery recovery. The staff is kind, patient, and really takes time to explain everything and make her feel comfortable. She’s already moving better and feeling less pain. The clinic is clean, organized, and we feel truly cared for. Highly recommend! The owner is very polite and friendly also professional.

Dr. Ofir Isaac is an incredible physical therapist and the whole team at the facility are great to work with as well. I never thought I would need physical therapy until I started getting lower back pain spasms. He diagnosed me with lower cross syndrome, which is a result of sitting for too long, causing a weak core and tight hip flexors. He explained all of this to me very well which, I would have never been able to figure out by myself. I went for about 12 sessions, and my issue was resolved as I never felt the same back pain again. He even gave me a great routine at the end to do by myself at the gym. Since my experience was so great I decided to go back again 2 years later after having my first child and experiencing some back pain again (after I jumped back too quickly into weight lifting), which at that point my core was weak again and I developed tight hip flexors again. The second time around with the team was just as great, if not even better, as I truly learned a lot that I can take with me after on my own at the gym. My back pain was gone, developed a tighter core, and stronger legs and hip flexors. I can't recommend this place enough. It's also very easy to schedule an appointment/reschedule if needed. They can fit you in any time/day you want.
