All Day Dental Care

Much like the previous reviewer, they would avoid my call at all costs. I would call several times a day different times of day and they would avoid me until I called for a different number. When I finally got through I made an appointment......Had a procedure done by Jose Angeles and he shaved my tooth down so far that the cap wouldn't even hold, it fell off the next day. Then got the permanent cap, It fell out after three weeks. I should've known better after he took an hour to fight it on to my tooth and had the nerve to admit that it was shaved too low....Made several appointments for cleanings with Morales and every time the appointment was upcoming she canceled because she left early..... Sent my son for a cleaning with Morales, he was in there while I was looking for parking. She took it upon herself to do a fake filling that he already had, and told him, about minor, that we were going to be charged a $40 co-pay for procedure no one authorized her to do on him. When I called her and asked her who gave her permission to do a filling she told me the patient (17) did. She went back-and-forth with me, argued with me, and even told me that she was going to send me to collections as a threat. Wouldn't recommend Them if they were the last dentist in Far Rockaway, And obviously I would never be returning.

Recently I have was trying to schedule an appointment. Every time that I would call whoever was at the front desk would pick up and then hang up. The first time it happened I thought it was an accident. However, I called several more times and the same thing was happening. I finally decided to call from a different number and the call went through. The whole interaction was pretty strange, to say the least. Also, the person who saw at the front desk told me that the system was down so she had to make a tentative appointment. However, it just so happened that my sister and I go to the same dentist and she was at the office during the time I made the call and she informed me that the system wasn't down when I called. It goes without saying that I will not be using their service again.
