I’ve been to this location before, and during my first visit everything went smoothly. It wasn’t very busy, and I was taken in quickly. Unfortunately, my second visit was a completely different experience. I had a 9:30 AM appointment, arrived early, and ended up waiting over 40 minutes. By 10:10 AM, I still had not been seen. I went to the front desk to ask for an update, and the response I received was essentially that “things happen” and that there were people ahead of me. What made this especially frustrating was that while I was waiting, another patient who arrived after me was taken in before I was, with no explanation. I initially brushed it off, but as time kept passing, it became clear that appointment times were not being respected. I am a very punctual person, and I expect the same level of professionalism from a medical facility. If appointment times are flexible or subject to long delays, that should be communicated upfront. Many people schedule these visits around work and other responsibilities, and having your time disregarded is unacceptable. This was disappointing and unprofessional, and because of this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone with a busy schedule. If you don’t mind waiting far past your appointment time, this may not bother you — but for me, my time matters, and I won’t be returning.

My family and friends work in the medical field and patient care is their priority. Not here. I was asked by the radiologist if my psoriasis was in fact burns and then hastily said he would have to clean the machines after I used them. He wrapped me in paper as to not touch his machine. He looked at me like I was a monster. I, in shock continued with the MRI wanting to cry, shamed, insulted. As soon as it was done I pulled off the robe put on my clothes half way and ran out of this place. This is him in the picture leaving as I waited for my ride...
