I had such a great experience with Suet Teh at Quest Diagnostics. I wasn’t familiar with the blood draw process and had a lot of questions, but she was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire visit. She even helped call my doctor’s office for clarification and carefully explained everything to me step by step, which made me feel much less anxious. On top of that, the blood draw itself was amazingly gentle — honestly one of the least painful experiences I’ve had. You can tell she genuinely cares about patients and wants them to feel comfortable. Super professional, attentive, and compassionate. Highly recommend — truly an angel! 💚

Amy was very professional and timely. Her skills are so good that I did not even feel the needle prick my skin! Before I knew it, it was all done quickly and efficiently and I was out in 5 minutes.
