I came here 3 times, I booked a different location but they sent me here. The physician was nice, however they tried to make money from me. I came for one service, but they advised me to come back to do an ultrasound the other day, after that they called and advised me to do a blood test. Each time I came back, they charged me a visit fee. Then later I received lab bills for a blood test, and some tests I even didn't know but my insurance didn't cover all of them. The last time, I came back for a service, the procedure happened in a few minutes. Before the procedure, I was asked to do a urine test. I thought that was a very normal test before the procedure. However, a month later I received a lab bill again. The procedure was already done on the same day, why do they need to send my urine to the lab for testing? They always give surprise bills that I am not aware of. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

One of the most unprofessional medical offices I've ever had the misfortune of booking. First time they pushed in vitro fertilization after I'd been trying for 1 whole month to get pregnant because I'm over 35. I made a follow up appointment 3 weeks in advance, and they kept me waiting for over 45 minutes for a 10 AM appointment. No one could tell me when I would be seen. When I asked the receptionist (who refused to make eye contact btw) if this wait was typical, she avoided answering my question and seemed unwilling to offer any level of customer service. This place is very poorly run. It's such a shame low quality care like is given to women who rely on these services for healthy pregnancy. AVOID
