This office is a total disaster. My son and I visited a doctor in late June and still more than 2 -1/2 months later can't get a report sent to us from the assessment. I sent the requested paperwork to them 2 days after our visit. They don't reply to emails. They can't locate emails. They have 8 offices in the NY Metro area and all emails and phone calls go to the same place, not where you visited. The doctor told us we would receive a report two months ago. I've called maybe 20 times since June to request it. I was asked to resubmit the information after the 10th call because they couldn't find it. Finally we spoke with the doctor on the phone, he assured us he would email the info asap. Two and half weeks later, still no report. I'm sure some patients didn't have this experience, but for me is the worst experience I've ever had in my life with an office claiming to be run by medical professionals. I never write reviews.

I have been in both offices and the waiting time is reasonable, about 10 to 15 minutes. The receptionists are very helpful with any questions I have. The doctors are very kind and take time to hear me out. I was able to explain everything that is going on with my medical problem. They also explain to me how we can find out why this is happening to me. Unlike other doctors who just rush to get more patients and don’t give you the chance to tell them all your concerns. They are sending me to do radiology tests. Hopefully they can walk with me through this until I get better.
