My child was injured by Phillips bus company matron i notified everybody and file complaints with opt they doing an investigation my son teachers are wonderful but the Director of the school don't care about our children's safety today i witnessed a bus driver throwing the child back on the seat i told the Director to got check bus 2 and i informed her on what i seen and proceeded to take my child in the school as i was leaving i see her with the child he is still crying she carrying him he have on no shoes or socks i just shook my head then a while later i called to see what she had done about the situation she told me the child was having a meltdown and was banging his head i proceeded to tell her what I saw again and she told me to file a complaint with opt which i did she didn't look into the matter she just went by what they said we have to be the voice for our nonverbal children please don't sent yall kids to this school the smile but they really don't care

I am writing this as a deeply concerned parent. I no longer feel safe sending my children to this school after learning through a parent group chat that a student was verbally abused and potentially physically abused by classroom staff. What is most alarming is that this abuse was reportedly witnessed by classroom leadership and school administration, including an assistant director, and was not immediately addressed. While some staff were dismissed as part of an investigation, at least one administrator who observed the abuse firsthand remains in a leadership role. This raises serious concerns about oversight, accountability, and the safety culture of the school. As a result, I did not send my own children to school and am actively considering withdrawing them. Many other parents are doing the same, as trust in both teaching staff and administration has been deeply compromised. Families deserve transparency, responsible leadership, and above all, safety — especially for vulnerable and nonverbal children. I strongly encourage other parents to ask hard questions, observe closely, and advocate fiercely when considering this school.
