Even though my mother ultimately wasn’t able to be admitted due to an issue, the level of care, compassion, and support they showed us during that time meant everything. Instead of turning us away, they made sure my mother continued to receive the medication she needed while we searched for another facility—which, as many people know, can take months. Throughout that entire process, they were patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive. They didn’t have to go above and beyond the way they did, but they chose to, and that speaks volumes about the kind of people they are. The staff truly care. They treated my mother with dignity and kindness, and they made a very stressful and emotional situation so much easier for our family to navigate. I also want to give a very special shoutout to Louba—whatever she’s getting paid is not enough. She is an absolute gem.
