I was told to arrive 15 minutes before my appt time.I filled out all the paperwork and uploaded all proper forms and documents days in advance before my appt. I waited almost 2 hours and there were only 2 people in the waiting room including myself. This is unacceptable. This was my first & last time coming to this place. There’s no reason someone should have to wait this long.
