Reading all the bad reviews, I was interested in renting a apartment with kings and queens both lefrak and kings and queens have beautiful apartments but I knew there was something shady about the leasing office, first they don't go by the price listed on the site perhaps lowered than what is being offered next they give you the run around regarding programs they supposedly work with. If you guys dont like working with programs just say it not give anyone the back and fourth. After going to see two apartments with them I would recommended for anyone dont waste you precious time even touring the apartments they only Money hungry i see
