Disastrous experience. They gave me an appointment for 2:30pm, I arrived at about 2:05pm and the small waiting room was full, there were 12/15 people. I asked the person at the front desk if appointment times were respected or if it was first in first served. This person with blonde/pink/multicolored hair immediately responded with a terrible attitude that that was the crowd and that she couldn't do anything about it and that if I didn't want to wait she would reschedule me. I calmly tried to explain to her that I had to take time off work to go there and that I needed to understand how they would handle my appointment so I could let my boss know when I could return to work or possibly reschedule. This elderly lady with multicolored hair continued to harass me and walked away. She definitely shouldn't be working in customer service with that attitudes. Definitely not a place to recommend!!!!!!!! Stay away from it!

My elderly parents had the worst experience with Dr. Yakutilov . Not only was he rude , flustered, and annoyed with their questions, he refused to examine my mom due to an insurance glitch . The ironic part about this my parents have been his patient for 3 prior years ! He actually said to her that " your insurance company owes me money so until it clears up I will not examine you ! " then refused to examine my mother who expressed that she had pain and assured him that the insurance would be cleared up. His reply was " you need to go ... I am not getting paid !!! " ( even though the insurance was cleared for all other prior visits ) . It's evident that this man does not care for his patients and I would not recommend him. Just wanted to share this experience. Very nasty man .
