JAY BLESSED
Had a schedule TBI MRI for 11am on Monday 2/2/26. At 9am, received a call cancelling due to machine failure. Reschedule for the next day. Arrived at the center for my 12:30pm appointment on 2/3/26, and was told they had called me 30mins prior (while I was in transit) to cancel — for the same reason. Sigh. Rescheduled again. My appointment for 2/5/26 at 6pm was canceled an hour prior for the very same reason. Frustrating. I had to ask for another option, as none was offered. They stated they have a LI office. So we schedule the appointment. Gratefully they provided transportation, to a for, for the inconvenience. My experience at the LI was horrible. I arrived with a large box, carried by their guard. Without asking, the staff takes my box back to their back office and opens it. When I bring it to their attention, they blame the security guard. I know CitiMed isn’t receiving large Crate&Barrel shipments with a patients name clearly written all over it! THIS WAS CRAZY. My appointment was 11am. I wasn’t seen at 12:15pm. Left at 1:30pm. The worst part? The actual TBI scan. Alex and Dmitri were the techs. Alex was hands on with and should not be allowed near patients. Not only was he verbally and physically abrasive. At the end of this 30 minute scan, he yanks the headphones off my head, pulling my hair, with no apology, no remorse, no care. Just crude and callous. I don’t know this man. Never met this man. Why I was handled this inappropriately and carelessly needed to publicly documented. I’m certain this is exactly who is. Please do better for your patients — they aren’t just numbers and insurance codes. They are actual real people with real injuries navigating real pain. DO BETTER!!!!!!!!
