This place is absolutely the worst. And I regret the moment I step foot in side if there office. They lack professional and very disrespectful. I paid out of pocket for my services, and although my insurance company reimbursed the practice over five months ago, they are still withholding my refund. I have followed up multiple times and it’s always some excuse. They claimed to mailed out my check to an unknown address when my address is bright and clear and my registration form. Think twice before booking an appointment because the person that oversee the business very disrespectful on top of everything

THE OLD RUDE MAN WHO RUNS THIS PRACTICE COMMITS INSURANCE FRAUD. He billed my insurance for a night guard that I never received. I just found out and it happened in September. I called him to confront him and his response was that he doesn’t get paid enough from insurances like mine, that the world doesn’t revolve around people like me and that I can do whatever I want because he doesn’t care. Not to mention his practice inserted a crown on my root canal and it came right off the next day. Another thing he should have never received any money for. BAD SERVICE AND TREATMENT. Such a sad excuse of not only a man but of a professional in the healthcare field. I will be reporting him to everyone I possibly can! SAVE YOUR ENERGY AND TIME. DO NOT GO TO THEM!
