I just received the worst customer service ever!!! I no longer live in New York so I called a week ahead to make sure they had my prescription I get to the store where they have relocated around the corner to pick up my contacts and the African guy behind the counter attempts to locate it. After waiting 10mins I step out and come back in he still can't find it. He pulls one box out for my right eye that doesn't match my prescription on the paper and writes R for right eye. I look at the box and it's says for astigmatism (which I don't have) and ask him why is it that he's giving me something that doesn't belong to me. He claims it's the right one once he locates the left eye it's the same problem it doesn't match my prescription. His "brother" comes in who clearly has no knowledge of this business and try's to explain why it's the right set of contacts. After I refused to take them Fatima comes in (the lady I spoke to) and finds them instantly long story short both of the African guys are idiots that are ignorant to the business not to mention they got into a screaming match with me although they were wrong in the situation. If I didn't wait for Fatima I would of left New York with contacts that possibly could of infected my eyes. They are all unprofessional idiots and I'll be reporting them to the better business bureau. WARNING DON'T GO HERE!!!!!!
