Google review (maria sachs): I had my first appointment with Dr. Akruwala on Monday, and was very favorably impressed. She was quite thoughtful, and actually engaged with me on some of my medical issues; most doctors simply make pronouncements and are not interested in parrying your concerns. Even more important, Dr. Akruwala had clearly reviewed my medical record before our appointment. I don't recall a doctor ever doing that before, at least not one I have seen in the last 20 years.
