We are extremely disappointed after the first appointment with this doctor. He was very dismissive of my husband’s symptoms and was unable to provide an explicit explanation of his treatment. My husband wanted to get further test as he has been suffering from acid reflux for years and he went on to lecture us about chemistry, politics and the general opinion which we don’t care about. In addition, his comments were very racist referring to people “from the Caribbean” and very offensive referring to “stupid people who don’t know their symptoms” at the end, he abruptly ended up the appointment session without providing a clear treatment and left the room! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, AND RACIST!!

I was incredibly disappointed in my experience with Dr. Ader. He wrote off my symptoms after touching my stomach for literally 3 seconds. After listening to me explain my symptoms he told me that it was probably nothing and that I was overreacting by wanting the appropriate testing done. Let it be known that my primary care doctor sent me to him because she said there could be something seriously wrong. He also told me that my BMI was too high for testing and then proceeded to lecture me on why BMI is an accurate measure of health. But guess what— it’s not. Additionally, he made incredibly racist and classist statements and referred to what “liberals will probably say…”. All in all, I wish I had the courage at the moment to give him a piece of my mind and walk out. I also wish that I had made him note in my chart that he was persuading me NOT to do any tests. I was too timid— DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. Stay away from his doctor.

I’ve been seeing Dr.Ader for years. He has a great bedside manner and explains everything thoroughly. Highly recommend.
