After my Oct 2025 visit. We had good dialogue on my condition. I was told to get a cat scan with dye. I did and followed up a month later with my second visit . My results came back very favorable on the Cat scan . On the second visit. A tech told me to get ready for a endoscope. I said No thank you. I never consulted for one and I am feeling better now. Dr Gross came in and he tried to convince me to have it. But I said no thank you and that was the visit . 5 mins , in and out . A month later I got a statement and co payment for a sonogram, Diagnostic exam and ENDOSCOPE. Which I Did not have. Whether it was a clerical error or not, it’s very upsetting to find a $2000 charge for a procedure that was never rendered. I notified the health insurance carriers to seek reimbursement for the non services. Simply ridiculous.

Beyond disgusting experience! I had an appointment that was confirmed before and also rescheduled TWICE and then I walk in 15 mins early to try to get taken in a little earlier and they ensured me I will be taken in on time, the woman said “There is one person ahead of you, you will be on time” and now 3 people later walk in, I walk up and they say “well you should’ve rescheduled your appointment” like how about you guys get your shit together and handle your problems properly and we won’t have these issues??? On top of all of this the bathrooms are disgustingly filthy and when you tell them they just hand you a Lysol wet wipe, so we are supposed to clean your bathrooms??? Please take your money to a more reputable and reliable establishment. And the best part? Read their reviews and notice how they never respond to the negative reviews? That’s because they know they are caught, the department of health will be contacted with picture proof of all of this, this is beyond unacceptable by any sort of establishment.

An excellent doctor who is reassuring and really cares. I am very fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Gross is a very caring person. He is down to earth and very understanding of the humanity nature of patients.
