Extremely rude receptionist, a bit older judging by the voice. She was dismissive, laughed when I asked to see the doctor as soon as he was able, and literally mocked me and my questions. I couldn't hang up sooner. I hope the doctor knows that she is deliberately sabotaging his business. Judging by the comments, it's been going on for years and he may not have a clue.

If I could give it a 0 I would your staff are unprofessional, rude you should do something about it they are not driving your business to your favor, I was looking for new doctor and they suggested o stay with my current doctor to to bother going to this office and hang up the phone. I’m disgusted never experienced something like this in my life. I usually wouldn’t bother to write a review but this girl was so unprofessional and rude I had too 😡

The staff that works here is terrible! Very unprofessional. Tried to call about 10 times to speak with dr. Giasullo before scheduled surgery, each time they just put me on hold or gave me a BS excuse as to why the doctor can't call me back. Had to come back to the office just to ask a few questions and had to wait almost 2 hours. Bad experience coming here.

The receptions are the worst ever they sound like there dying over the phone ...they keep you holding on , it’s not even a Monday 🙄 the physician needs to send them to obedience school 🤨 it’s so ridiculous!!!!! No one there reviews are poor .......

The receptions are very RUDE! They need to fix their attitude, I call today for my uncle's test result they sound like they woke up on the wrong side of bed.
