I like my doctor but this office has no respect for people's time. I have been waiting for 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. I am not even in the exam room. this is my 4th visit here and each time takes 4 hours! INSANE. I'm now in a waiting room which is not spaced out 6 feet apart. so now I've been basically exposing myself to covid unnecessarily because this practice doesn't care about it's patients. it seems like all they want to do is pack as many patients in as they can. I do NOT recommend and I will not be coming back. you can see in the photo there is no way these chairs are 6 feet apart. this is straight up nonsense.i do not feel safe at this office. #FAIL

The Good: Their medical expertise, patient care, and bedside manner are top-notch. I always feel well-cared for and thoroughly examined during my appointments. The Bad: Unfortunately, the reception staff severely lets down the practice. My experiences with them have been consistently poor: Phone Etiquette: Calls are often answered abruptly, with little patience or professionalism. Lack of Manners: Basic courtesies seem to be overlooked. I've rarely heard a "please" or "thank you." Insufficient Information: Getting clear details about appointments, procedures, or policies is like pulling teeth. Bottom Line: While the medical care is excellent, the unprofessional front office seriously detracts from the overall experience. It's a shame, as this issue could potentially drive patients away from an otherwise great doctor. Recommendation to Management: Invest in customer service training for your reception staff. Their role as the first point of contact is crucial for patient satisfaction and the success of your practice.

Dr. Correa has been my primary care physician for many years. He also cares for my parents. He has helped me so much with everything I have been through. He is efficient, respectful, has a great personality, and he is down to earth. I like being able to have a doctor who is always willing to listen and give me input on how to improve my overall health. I have recommended Dr. Correa to friends and family and everyone has been satisfied with his services.

In the beginning Dr. Correa was very courteous and sweet, took the time to listen to what I had to say. He had to in order to verify my illnesses. He usually had his assistance deal with me after the initial 1st visit. They were nice but lacked the capacity to actually listen. There is a receptionist Emily is rude and very dismissive. Someone called me in the receptionist area when I got there Emily said: "What do you want?" and rolled her eyes. I looked at her and asked if I did something for her to speak to me in that tone? She didn't answer, the other person said, I called her because those papers are hers. She looked at the other girl and said "Oh", then tossed the papers to me. She should be fired, she's extremely rude and needs a lesson in manners. I keep going to see Dr. Correa because it is convenient for me but if they keep being rude and inconsiderate I will seriously consider finding another doctor. The wait time is to long, the whole purpose of making an appointment is so you can be seen by the doctor (not his assistant) at that schedule time. Why make an appointment if they're going to keep you waiting!!!
