Dr. Desir herself is fine. However, her staff is extremely unreliable. It takes days to get in contact with the doctor/her staff. Can never get appointments scheduled in time, nor referral requests in.

I've been with Dr. Desir when she was in the Betty Shabazz clinic in Brooklyn back in 2003 and she still my doctor until this day. Great doctor is a understatement ,you don't get no better than this doctor right here.

Dr. Desir is an amazing doctor. She listens, is very professional and does her best to treat you. Also her staff are very polite and very helpful.

Dr. Desir is an excellent doctor Very sweet and really care about her patients And speak to you where you can understand the medical treatments that she is telling you. I highly recommend Anyone who is looking for a doctor.

Called on a Wednesday around 11:30 their voicemail said that's when their open. Tried 4 times exactly after 11:30 am but their voicemail is still on. Then again by 12:30 no one's seems to be bothered to pick up the phone! Good luck to try to reach this doctor!
