Doctor Bravo is amazing. My son has been going since birth and he is currently 16. In his earlier years wait time was long but it has gotten worse . The thing about it though is by the time you see Dr Bravo you feel so much better because she is so gentle and calm omg. She doesn’t get upset EVER! I just wish she would lint over book and pray for two good front desk personnel and two younger assistants in the back exam room. Dr Bravo you NEED to upgrade your systems. It may allow your days to go much smoother PLEASE. The carpet smells terrible and NEEDS to be ripped out it been in there for too long. And seems to not get shampooed in ages. I do appreciate that your not conformed some updates has to be done. I’ve recommended several folks but unfortunately they left after a visit or two because of the wait time. 🤦🏾‍♀️. Overall great doctor just poor inconsistent front desk persons and papers everywhere . Needs updating

The amount of recommendations I was told to take my baby to this place. I’m highly disappointed. If I can give this establishment no stars I would. However, my experience was extremely terrible . First red flag was walking in and not a greeting or asked how can they help me . Initially as a business you welcome people into the place that sets the tone from the beginning.The young ladies at the front desk seem like they had an attitude but being the person I am I looked passed that. Second red flag was me asking her if she needs my baby insurance card , then asks me if I had her insurance card. If I’m asking you then why you not doing your job correctly . Looked passed that ! Third red flag was waiting an hr to see the doctor, the dr comes in and don’t greet me as patient. No “hello”, no “hi mom” No nothing. She literally walks into the room points her hand at the bed for me to put the baby down . . . Looked past that too. Then proceeds to ask me how many months she is, and her date of birth when the entire information is what she had in her hand. You see it with your eyes are you not paying attention to the paperwork????? I’m giving them grace at this point cause I know how I am. What made me leave this place was the fourth red flag the doctor looks at the IC card & tells me my baby can’t be seen because of the PCP on her insurance card and it can be changed it takes 30 mins . I sat there for an hr ALREADYYYYY and your front desk girls could’ve told me that. While I was waiting In the room I could’ve called to change it . But the front desk girls wasn’t paying attention and could’ve realized their mistake. My daughter is sick , at that point I didn’t care anymore. I told the dr where the miscommunication was . And stated I’ll take my baby else where . I just couldn’t do it anymore and left with my baby. One thing nobody is going to do is play with my child’s health & I don’t play about my child ! It’s just upsetting how I didn’t get the experience expected when it was nothing but great reviews from people who’ve been and their generations of kids have been at this drs office. It’s just sadden to say. NEVER AGAIN!

👩‍⚕️✅. Doctor Melanie Bravo is a very experienced and knowledgeable doctor! She gets it right EVERY TIME! She is calm, patient, and very intelligent. Many of my neighbors have taken their children to her for umpteen years and have been pleased! ❌⏰However, her office is mismanaged with the OVER-BOOKING of patients. SOMETIMES when I make an early appointment, there will be several patients there before me and they get seen. How is that possible when I made the first appointment for my children? Be prepared to be at the office for hours. ❌📝Forget having to pick up forms! 🤦🏾‍♀️ I have been told to “come now” but having to wait 30-45 minutes just to pick up a form! ❌⚕️One of the nurses is very delayed and things have to be repeated to her SEVERAL times. She has to be monitored to assure she relays the correct information to the doctor. But Doctor Bravo always checks in with her patients and rechecks the files to make sure everything is consistent and correct! ❌📆👩‍💼Sadly, there is no receptionist that will stay at the office. After the passing of their long time receptionist there hasn’t been a consistent person. So calling and trying to make an appointment is extremely difficult! I hate to lose Dr. Bravo but I think it’s time to move on!

She is the best doctor ever i brought all my kids to her n all my grand go to her she is thorough caring maybe the staff isn't too friendly but she is worth overlooking that

Ill start off by saying DR Bravo is a wonderful doctor. My bestfriend told me about her 18 years ago and I have brought all of my children here over the years. I also found out that most of my family members were seeing her for their children as well. I moved to another borough and I still travel back here so my kids can have her as their physician. She is on time, thorough and always kind. Ive literally never seen her get upset or rush when she is seeing a patient. The front desk lady is why I gave this 4 stars. She has a very nasty disposition and doesnt know how to talk to people. She brings down the quality of this office. Update: R.I.P to the front desk lady. Never knew her name but recently found out she transitioned.
