The office has a Zen like atmosphere! All the staff have great positive and caring energy. The dentist Dr. Cole is a sweet dentist who gives an awesome teeth cleaning she went in! She also advised me on my future healthcare decisions. As far as my teeth that need to be repaired. She is definitely my new dentist. You better not sleep on Dr Cole she is the best Dentist in Brooklyn!

I’ve seen Dr. Cole several times and have been consistently impressed with her knowledge, care, and professionalism. I came in for a gum issue, and both she and her assistant were kind, thorough, and helped restore my gums. They even provided a personalized care plan and product samples to take home. Her receptionist went above and beyond, persistently dealing with my unresponsive insurance so I could be seen. I’m truly grateful—I would’ve given up otherwise. Highly recommend this office for exceptional care and service.

Dr. Cole is a top-notch Dentist. Have been visiting her for over 10+ years. Her services, patience, attention to detail are very much appreciated and anyone looking for a local family dentist would appreciate her care. She is very experienced, and the result of her work shows. She is very accommodating and shows genuine care for her patients.

I have called this office 2 different times. Both times there was a debate between myself and the only lady that answers the phone. Prior to confirming an appointment I needed to know how much the initial visit will be. First off I have to pay out of pocket and wanted to make sure that I wasn't booking an appointment that would waste both the dentist and my time and I wanted to be financial ready and secure. I was told that "THEY DO NOT GIVE PRICES OVER THE PHONE" I asked for Dr. Cole to call me back with hopes that she would understand the reasoning as to why I needed the information and to ensure her that I was really a patient and not the competition. She never returned my call. I decided to give it another go round because honestly I want an African American dentist. This time I called and explained to the same lady, I need to know how much money I need to have in order to be seen. Again she said "THEY DO NOT GIVE PRICES OVER THE PHONE" and stated that when I come in for the prices I can make an appointment. I now have to take time out of my busy schedule just to get information that can easily be given over the phone. I explained that I needed the appointment and she frustratingly said to me to bring $500.00 for the initial visit. I am assuming that is to just look in my mouth. If anybody knows of a great African American dentist please post. Also to Dr. Cole, what's for you is for you, it doesn't matter what your competition does they can never duplicate your zest if you have zest. If you are providing a service the service begins at the initial call. Think about that, cause $500.00 I do have but not for how I was treated while in search of dental services.

Relaxing environment and staff is well trained and friendly... they definitely helpedme to get over my dentist anxiety. Dr. Cole is very professional... she made extracting my tooth feel like a day at a spa... she also made sure I was well informed about the procedure and what to do after with a free appointment the next week to make sure everything is goin the way it should be.
