I visited their office at Elizabeth St. The reception staff is very helpful. Dr. Mark Chu is great. As a new patient I felt he was a very good listener & very knowledgeable. We were able to schedule my procedure quickly & I was provided with clear instructions. Procedure was over before I knew it & I was well taken care of afterward.

Completed upper and lower endoscopy at Downtown Gastroenterology today! What a great experience. Staff is so accommodating, took me right in and had me set up. Anesthesiologist was calm, good natured and very detail oriented. Dr. Mark Chu whom completed my procedure was also very patient, and went over the details of my exam in a way one could really understand. Highly recommended - get your colonoscopy screening!

You can visualize an incredible perspective of gastroenterologist. Dr. Mark Chu is very informative about colonoscopy procedure. He have great potential mentoring his patients with positive inspirations. The atmosphere and system super organized. Thank you very much for this awesome experience of colonoscopy!! The most unprofetionnal doctor ever. Scheduled an appointment via ZocDoc, for 4pm because I was sever stomach pain. Left work early to go to his office, when I got there, they couldn’t find my name. So the lady added me and processed the paper work. Waited an hour for them to tell me the doctor left and they were so sorry. And they had the audacity to ask me if I want to reschedule. Really? I left work early ( even though I was very very very busy at work ) to come see a doctor who doesn’t care about his patient? No thank you. First and last time Dr Mark Chu.

I had to visit other dr and they gave me a weird vibe abt the procedure . Lucky, thanks dr. Melissa chan introduced me to Dr. Mark Chu, not going to lie I was worry abt upper endoscopy procedure but with Dr. chu , i did the procedure today. It was quick and perfect. I can’t think dr. Chu enough. He’s such a great professional DR.
