If there were a way to give this office 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. They seem to schedule too many patients at the same time, which leads to long wait times, poor organization, and bad customer service. It feels like they’re more focused on seeing as many patients as possible than providing a good patient experience. I waited almost an hour just to receive a new patient form to fill out. The entire process was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this office, and I will not be returning.

Appointment for my father at 9am, been here for 5+ hours and still not finished. They over book patients and not enough seats. Been standing for hours. Horrendous place, FDNY needs to check allowed capacity of this office. No consideration for people's time. If you get referred here, do not come.

Horrible place !!!Money was the priority as they made hundres of appoiments at the same time . Patients wait for 4 long hours in a crowded room. Absolutely no respect shown. Waiting for 4 hours in a packed room.

If you actually care about your time, avoid this place. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, and no one even greeted me until 12:00 PM. When I questioned it, the receptionist said it’s a busy location—which makes no sense. That’s exactly why appointments exist. Otherwise, what’s the point?

Dr. David is an exceptional cardiologist whose professionalism and expertise are evident in every aspect of his practice. He conducts thorough evaluations, explains findings in detail, and ensures that patients understand their treatment options. His clinical knowledge is outstanding, yet he pairs it with genuine kindness and compassion, creating an environment of trust and confidence. The office itself is beautifully designed, and has stunning views, contributing to a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Yes, you may have to wait at times, but that is a small price to pay for being seen within days. Try booking an appointment with another specialist and you may find yourself waiting three to six months. Dr. David and his team take patients’ health concerns seriously and with urgency. A little patience, and perhaps bringing a book, goes a long way toward appreciating the exceptional care you’ll receive here.
