Maria Dolgovina she a great Doctor omg l loved so much .. I live in the Bronx and I don’t mind traveling to Queens. It has helped me a lot with my pains.. she a wonderful Doctor and all staffs!

Visit went well. Met with reception and filled out necessary paper as it was my first time. Paid copayment and a nurse called me in took vitals asked some questions & doctor came in and quickly accessed my situation and sent me for testing! They checked my nerve response and balance. Overall I was impressed with the office time it took to see the doctor and thoroughness!

I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and ended up waiting over 1 hour without any explanation or updates from the staff. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing multiple patients who arrived after me being taken in before me, with no clarification given. I understand that delays can happen, but basic communication and fairness should be expected in a medical setting. Patients’ time is valuable, and long waits without transparency feel disrespectful. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression and made the visit unnecessarily stressful. I hope the office improves its scheduling practices and communication going forward.

Dr Dolgovina is knowledgeable and listens. I was happy with my visit and recommend her. She did order two tests that I was not aware of- I wish she had explained what they were and why but otherwise, the visit was excellent. The office is busy but well run. Update- office wont send my records to my primary care doctor. Although new patients can get a next day appoitment, as an existing patient i cant get an appointment for 2 months and no one called to giveme my test results. Changed review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Wish I never went to this office.

As always, my wait time to be called was less than 10 minutes. The nurses were extremely polite and answered all of my questions. Dr Maria Dolgovina Explained to me why there was a change for my medication. The whole team from the front desk to the doctor took very good care of me and it was a pleasure to see them and be with them. Thanks to all of you. See you soon.
