The Reception staff are unprofessional and rude with patients. They don’t care if the situation is urgent or not. I brought the 5- year old kid at 2.35 Sunday with 10 out 10 ear pain and in tears, and the staff and the doctor were more concerned to finish the day even though the case was emergency one. This shows how they care about their own patients. So disappointing to see that interest prevails also in emergency situations.

Dr. Datevskaya is the best doctor’s office in the Area. They have truly genuine, empathetic and devoted staff that you can always reach whenever you need advice or need a quick eval. Dr.Darevskaya is phenomenal with children, being the only doctor that both of my kids have ever been relaxed and comfortable with in their formative years. There have been more than a few occassions when the office has extended their hours or have gone out of their way to help me with various issues on different occasions. They’ve helped ease the acute and reocurring issues when the office isn’t open. Dr is always available ( Oncall) or covering Dr. Gladun that also works in the office. Elena, Anya, Kim and all those that work there are incredibly compassionate people that truly love kids and they all dedicate themselves to do their best, and they do it pretty well, I should say EXCELLENT experience overall. Thank you for being always there for my kids and me.

I don't know if it's Darevskaya or other doctors who sometimes treat the patients at this office but most of them are terrible doctors who have emotionally traumatized my daughter and now she has to live with the consequences. Please search for kinder and more compassionate physicians who will evaluate the patient holistically and thoroughly. Pediatrics is a field that should be taken more seriously.

Doctor is very experienced and nice ❤️ and the girl at front office is so kind, very attentive with children and parents too, i was so surprised that she could manage time correctly with everyone and everything, even with phonecalls ❤️❤️❤️
