We were told to be at the hospital at 12:30. It is 3:40 now and they just took my wife in. How ridiculous is her scheduling. We should be out by 5:00 which means her colonoscopy in its entirety will be about 4 1/2 hours. Give me a break

Recent experience: January/26 I got some reason, due to a CT scan, I called on the 21st of December 29th for an appointment. I was told some person, Gina, would call me back to schedule. I found this odd. Days went by, I called for a check on why not yet called. I got a person with a rude attitude, like there was something wrong with me for not waiting longer. Called again and got another staff who heard me out, but was unable to schedule, because Gina was in charge of that task. At this point, I am annoyed, I had a issue on CT scan thankfully, I am not the type to panic...but, I could be dead by the time Gina calls to schedule. Come on over a week? I have client's, too...I don't make people wait more than a day. This set up on how to place appointments, is not working. My solution, I scheduled an appointment in Brooklyn with another Gastro, Phillis Chou Huei Sueb MD. I refuse to be treated the way that staff treated me. It's a shame because I liked Dr. Deeb. Over it! Dr Deeb performed my colonoscopy during the worst blizzard of 2021. She was up beat and personable. She made me at ease for my first procedure of this kind. I would not choose any other doctor for this area. She has the best personality and caring. I have three more years till the next one hope she is still around for me. 🙏

BAD EXPERIENCE. After waiting a month for the appointment, I got there and I never got to see the doctor. After waiting for an hour and a half and seeing that there was people in front of me than had been waiting ever longer, I had to leave. By reading some of the feedback for this doctors office now i can see that they are very unprofecional. After informing them i was leaving, they offer me a virtual appointment for later same day. They promised they will call, but nothing. I was left waiting once again.

Dr. Deeb is the most genuine doctor I have ever met. I brought my dearest mother to her via telehealth because my mom is unable to get around easily. Dr. Deeb was by far the most compassionate doctor in such a vulnerable part of our lives. She explained everything so eloquently and was such a pleasure to deal with. I was so concerned and she alleviated all my worries and she told us to take things day by day. She made it a point to call us and check up on us and this meant the world to myself and most importantly my mother. She is so sweet and kindhearted, she didn’t use medical jargon like other doctors and was able to explain things to us at a level where we would understand. I love her and she made us so comfortable in such a difficult time in our lives with everything else going on, we felt so comforted and reassured. Dr. Deeb idk if you or anyone at your office will ever read this but thanks for everything you have done. You are an inspiration to your patients and hopefully other doctors will learn to love and treat their patients with kindness and compassion the way you do. Will always be a forever patient of Dr. Deeb. Would highly recommend her as your one stop shop for all things GI. Will be sending all my family members and friends to her without any reservation and with full confidence that she will do right by all of them.

Dr Deeb only takes virtual appointments which is useless, but nevertheless she came highly recommended so I stayed the course. I met virtually with her 2 times 3 months apart, at my first appointment she prescribed a medication called TruLance for my IBS-C. As I was attempting to regulate the new prescription through trial and error (ex- every other day, every couple of days etc. as per her advice) I experienced a severe reaction to the medication- which she warned me of the symptoms and was perfectly aware of my past gut health history of not dealing well with some of the symptoms mentioned. When I called her office to request a call back from her as well as request a note for work so I can be excused for the day due to this reaction I had to the medicine I was told she could not give me a note even though she has my history documented? And was the doctor who prescribed me this medication and is fully aware of the symptoms that come with it. Guess I’m better off making a call to teledoc to speak to a doctor who has no clue of my gut health history or my past prescription history but at least that stranger on the other line will give me an excusal note. THIS OFFICE IS USELESS, don’t waste your time. Extremely disappointed and won’t be coming back.
