Excellent service, the girls are very organized and above all cheerful, patient and very friendly, the place is very clean and the doctor speaks Spanish and makes himself understood very well.

The customer service is terrible; the young women at the front are extremely hostile and lack sensitivity and kindness. I decided to switch doctors for my son because every time he went, he had to be prepared to receive a rude response. They also don't have the technology to send scanned documents or anything like that; it's all done the old-fashioned way. And the doctor is also rather rude and doesn't let you speak.

The worst part is, save your time and find another clinic. The doctor doesn't let you speak very sharply. And the receptionists are even worse, they think they're the owners. Absolutely terrible service.
