Worst experience I ever encountered with a doctor .He doesn’t care about his patients and I highly recommend to find another doctor🙏🏾

I am giving two stars only because I found the front desk and intake staff helpful. Front desk was able answer my queries about wait time truthfully. Intake staff was patient with my father as he answered her questions. The doctor himself was on speaker phone with someone as my dad and I went into his office. Not sure what was being discussed as it was in Chinese, but imagine if this was your health info and another person stepped into the room. He was also eating, so his mouth was not at all covered (although there was a barrier between us). I don't even recall him placing a mask after he finished eating his cookies, or whatever crumbly stuff it was that he had. In an age of computers, tablets and electronic forms, this guy is still using pen and paper to write down notes, then having someone type in the information so as to be HIPAA compliant (I am assuming). UGH! Granted, my dad is not the best at taking medication regularly, but I don't think that gave the doctor a right to scold my dad. There are a few more things that my dad and I did not like when seeing this doctor, but the above incidences are the ones that stick out most.

Absolutely worst doctor I've ever had for my early years. Seen him for long periods of time as a child. Wait time extremely long. Makes fun of patients regarding their health. Refuses to prescribe medication or write referrals despite patient complaints and proof of illness. Go anywhere else.

The worst! I went there a few times. They have long wait times. They dont have medicines in stock so I comically had to go to the pharmacy on three occasions to get my own drugs so they could administer them. After calling them today, I choose to go elsewhere. The front desk is VERY rude.

He is a good doctor, very caring patients , even we wait to see him taking some time , but when your tune , he always takes time with patient, great Doctor!!!!🌹🌹👍👍
