The worst experience I've ever had with a doctor I've never felt so dismissed I was so hurt I had to write a review and thank God it wasn't in person I infact really had something wrong with me and because he didn't know what it was he told me that it was all in my head and I needed a mri of the brain cause he thought I was suffering from Something called olfactory smell and completely dismissed what I was saying as far as he was concerned trying to even understand that i wasnt crazy and being open was pointless cause he was going to and did judge my mental stability anyway......so far since that appointment back in February no more smell ive change my diet did more research on my current condition (sibo) and (tmau2) with my current doctor,gi doc,and nutritionist we were able to formulate a plan that im able to follow no mri of the brain needed

Some people become Drs for the money or the prestige but it’s very clear to me that Dr Escobar became a Doctor to treat people and treat them with a lot of empathy and respect. He has been my Dr for a while at NYU Langone and stood out from the first time because he treated me with respect as a human being first . He is always very patient and attentive, an active listener. Dr Escobar even in video meetings will only look at you and never his clock because you are not a number to him but another human being. Very recently I went through some health issues and sought his help once more . Not just the valuable advice he gave me but the way he did left me feeling a lot better. All over the world there are other medical Doctors like Dr Escobar and when you find them keep them . Your health depends on it. Thank you

Saw Doctor Escobar today ( he has been my doctor for 13 years). Zane did an initial in-take and took my vitals and health history. Then Dr. Escobar came in, and he was very informative. After that, two nurses came in , had the flu shot, blood work done, and EKG. Dr. Escobar, Zane, and the two other nurses whose names I didn't get were very patient, informative, and respectful. I highly recommend NYU Astoria and Dr. Escobar.

Dr. Hermann Escobar is a wonderful doctor. He explains everything to his patients. He has a sense of humor, fantastic bedside manner & down to earth. Most importantly he is an excellent doctor. He has been a doctor for 25 years, but has the attitude of a beginner. Being a fantastic doctor never went to his head. I have been going to him for 5 years, and I would follow him wherever he goes, should he go anywhere. I would recommend Dr. Escobar to anyone who needs a doctor who is very intelligent, & who figures out what your problem is. If he can't figure it out, he will send you for tests because he takes no chances. Tests do not lie. So one way or another Dr. Escobar will come up with the answer to your problem. If you are looking for a great, intelligent doctor, look no further. Dr. Hermann Escobar is the doctor you are looking for. Take my word for it.
