Amazing doctor works well with kids. Do something about your staff very rude and disrespectful to people.

Wonderful doctor. Understanding staff. A lot of these reviews exclaim that the front desk lady and manager are rude and disrespectful. But just show up on time, don't be rude to them, and call them to let them know if anything changes in your schedule. It's very easy to communicate with them, make an appointment, and they will do their best to accommodate you based on your situation. These people are heroes who worked all throughout the pandemic! But demanding ignorant individuals exist everywhere. All they want is to be seen first when showing up late to their appointments or showing up without an appointment screaming and degrading the staff that they need some forms to be signed. Some even make emergency appointments and end up just bringing a piece of paper to be signed for their child for school. Scrolling through some of these reviews, they are just deceiving lies. They are the people who cause a scene and when their arrogant and immature behavior is not tolerated, they leave a negative review. But this medical office has been a blessing for my family for over a decade. The doctor is truly one of a kind and the staff is always helpful and understanding.

Amazing doctor! The only thing is that it gets so packed that getting an appointment takes time. They also have a few other issues that have nothing to do with the doctor. Hands down the best pediatrician For my daughters. I’m coming back to update you! Dr bond is still the best doctor and things had gotten better at the desk 👍🏼 Also people are now more polite and respectful.

The doctor, kind and thoughtful, he knows what he's doing. The staff, professional and understanding. To reiterate what someone else said, you get what you give. If you cancel appointments excessively and make it hard for anybody to help you, your result will be reflected from the amount of effort you put in. 10/10. 5/5. Wouldn't go to anyone else.

no office schedule time. rude front desk lady. please be understandable this is a doctor office there parents bring their sick children. i think no parent take their children to the office happly we are patients not CLIENTS. doctor is amazing but there is no schedule time to see the doctor plese find a solution for that. I am not happy that I changed my children’s doctor because we were working about a 7 years. many peope changing the doctor only because of the attitude of the front desk.
