Disorganized front office. I called in two weeks in advance to schedule an appointment at 9am. I got a call two days before the appointment, saying it was moved to 11am. I had that day off, so no big deal. I called the office again on the day of my appointment to make sure it was still 11am, and it was now 1:15pm. I inquired as to why nobody called me to notify of this change and was told they didn't know why and that they had my appointment at 1:15pm. No apologies for the inconvenience and very rude tone. Had I not called, I would have come in at 11am, at which time the doctor was not even in the office.

Doctor is nice but the office is a horrible place. The staff is really rude and disorganized. The way they talk to you as if you are just nobody, no respect whatsoever. They will cancel appointments without letting you or let you know the last minute when it is too late. Suggestion for the doctor: please fire your staff and hire people who are willing to respect and value other people's morals or else it would hurt your reputation.

I read the proposals for the doctor downstairs, but there the doctor herself was rude, yelled and hung up. A doctor shouldn't treat patients like that, rudely. 18th century, all documentation is on paper, there is no computer in the doctor's office.

Dr. Kletsman is a wonderful, caring and very knowledgeable doctor. She , truly, cares about her patients. Her staff is, always , pleasant and helpful.

Just a horrible place. I don't recommend going there, because the staff especially the front office will disrespect you so much. avoid at all costs, you will thank me
