Just called to book an appointment with this dentist for the 1st time for a dental surgeon and smdh. The receptionist Bridgett was so abrupt!!! Not very welcoming for someone who has a fear of dentists. She needs a little finesse!!!

So far I have had a great experience. Everyone is so darn nice. Its definitely a friendly vibe.

Doctor and front desk staff were nice and competent. However, the dental cleaning was not thorough at all, which is a dealbreaker for me

This is my 3rd visit to Dr. Cohen office and it has been magnificent. I always arrive early and get taking in timely. My experience thus far as been great. My second visit I had a bit of a problem with my bite, from work done by another dentist and Dr. Cohen was able to fix it with a few questions and I can eat comfortably now. I live in NJ and will journey all the way to Brooklyn any day to sit in his chair.

NEVER GO HERE. I usually don't give negative reviews but this needed to be said. Please read all the reviews before going here as I wish I did. I made an appointment and after they confirmed 2 hours before the appointment, I showed up early to my appointment and they told me they cancelled it. No phone call, no text, no email. They didn't ask if I could reschedule. NOTHING. They let me travel for 40 minutes out of my way to tell me too bad. I assume they had a long day and wanted to go home early. When I asked if I could make an appointment without them cancelling they told me to get a new dentist. I was also told I was speaking to a manager which you would expect to actually apologize and try to remedy the situation but I guess not
