The medical staff and reception provided good service, but they are incredibly disorganized with appointment times. I don't understand why they call to confirm appointments with a specific time if they then call you back one or two hours later.

Felix Florimón is the worst doctor in Washington Heights. He is very unprofessional as well as well as he staff. After being his patient for 20 years due to a gossip, he send me a message with his secretary not to call anymore for an appointment. He did not have the professionalism of telling me that in person or selling me a letter. His assistant in a very sarcastic way told me not to call because the doctor was not going to see me. I would mot recommend Feliz Florimón as you primary care doctor.
