Dr. Felix is kind, empathetic and very understanding. His staff however is horrible. Unfortunately, the reviews are true. Phone ladies are rude, mean and sarcastic. Which is incredibly unfortunate considering the field the doctor works in — psychiatry. I don’t want to share any of my personal experiences with any new doctors but I will have to just to avoid these women.

Dr Dron is an excellent physician and really cares. Staff try their best to get you an intake or follow up visit ASAP. He has always been available for crises and provides a lot of guidance and education about diagnosis and treatment.

Where can I even start? Well, first off, when I showed up to my first appointment I had been taking xanax for relaxation, calming my intrusive thoughts and general anxiety. I had been taking a fair amount. The nurse practitioner here refused to give me more. She asked me "Do you have bottles you can show me?" and I say yes and she still decides nope. I can't have anymore now. Cold turkey, just gone. She then heavily recommended a genetic test which told me I should take Prozac instead of the SSRI I was taking before. It makes no real difference and my mental health is getting progressively worse as all of this is going on. I go to schedule with Dr. Dron himself and he's not really much better, truth be told. I have terrible agoraphobia and I'm constantly recommended things that just couldn't possibly work with that. In addition, I have been berated at the front for missing one single copayment and for not making in often due to aforementioned agoraphobia. It just seems to me like mental health professionals should actually empathize with mental health.

I told Dr. Dron that i had struggled with other mental illnesses in the past and advised him of my history, and he elected to ignore what i told him and prescribe me a medication that should not be given to people with my condition, worsening it as a result. This man does not care about you as a patient and just wants you to purchase more and more drugs from him. If you actually want to get help for your mental illness DO NOT GO TO DR FELIX DRON
