Dr. Bregman has been my doctor for eight years. I have always found him to be thoughtful and thorough. He encouraged me to monitor my blood pressure at home and took the time to explain the best way to get accurate readings (doing multiple readings several times a day, on alternate days and alternate weeks) and had me bring my BP monitor to the office on my follow-up visit to make sure its readings matched those of the machine in the office. I appreciate his sensible approach and the time he takes in each visit to make sure my questions and concerns have been addressed. The staff is lovely.

This doctor has been a blessing. People at the office are caring and Dr. Bergman spent time with me, which is rare with most doctors these days.

Dr. Bregman has been my doctor for many years and has been exemplary in both his care and his expertise. He also also cared for my parents at different times under many challenging circumstances, including complex ailments that could have easily been misdiagnosed. His manner is both straightforward and disarming. Ultimately, he shows his personality in the way that he works, which I can imagine might not be perfect for everyone, but in my book he's the tops. Pulling out a couple of bucks to cover a missed test? Some might call that unprofessional, I call that straight up. There have been times when the wait is long in his office, but there are other times when I have walked right in. Any frustration I have felt about waiting has always been offset by the attention received when it's your turn. Running tight on schedule? Make a morning appointment. I have the benefit of being nearby and have been seen the same day based on cancellations.

Prescribed me pain medicine I didn’t need or want and then told me to go across the street to the pharmacy and come back to see him. That seemed bizarre but I was sick and had no reason to doubt him. When I returned to his office he said that actually I didn’t really need the medicine and to give it to him to dispose of. I said I didn’t feel comfortable with that, but also I didn’t want it either. Then he seemed exasperated but like he wanted to prove he didn’t care about the medicine. He told me I could flush them down his office bathroom toilet. I did so. I think he didn’t expect that. He also me I had suspected severe lung injury. An X-ray showed I did not have any issue and it was an upper respiratory infection.

Staff and nurse were good. He was very rude and disinterested. His "bedside manor" was awful. He made jokes about my family's medical history. Didn't seem to care about my responses or health at all. Forgot about me and only completed the physical because he thought his next patient was in my room. He was also incredibly rude to my girlfriend who had taken time off from work to go to the doctor with me. I would not go back to see him ever and would literally go out of my way to convince people not to see him. IT WAS THAT BAD!
