Doctor is fine, the services suck!! Ask for the doctor to call back, front desk no problem. Yea I call Tues because Monday is memorial day never get call back!! I call till today Thurs still nothing. They need fired those workers in the front desk. So i unprofessional!!! Don't even deserve a star! Negative star!!! That the appointment was made March 21,2026 for this year on sat, I went uo there it was close and I call them they say there closed and I didnt make appointments. They hang me up and wont pick up; can text me. I call back next Monday, make me like im lying and tell me show proof. Here it is

I made an appointment for 245pm with 3 days ahead of time and I’m here in the super crowded tiny office and already waited 1 and so. No social distance protocols here so unsafe and staff are not professional. Pls this place need some soft of control and regulation

Great doctor. Lack of customer service. We were yelled at by a girl who had southern accent sitting at the front desk. We had a simple question about the medications and we got yelled at… What made you think that was cool to yell at your boss's patients like that in the public? That was unprofessional!

Don’t come here if you value your time, appointment at 2pm, admitted at 4pm. What’s the point of making the appointment if I have to wait so long. Two stars instead of one for the doctor though

Dr.Gao was okay but their team has poor appointments management. My appointment is 2pm. Get to see her at 4:30pm.I heard so many complaints about the same issue from other patients during the 2.5 hours’ wait.
